Data and mobile communications are growing in importance as more of our personal and business lives move online. With the rollout of game-changing 5G wireless technology, astute real estate professionals understand the critical impact on tenant needs and building competitiveness. In a sign of things to come, a large real estate company recently purchased their own broadband spectrum for a major Northern Virginia development.
