Len Forkas has more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur in both the real estate and wireless industries. He has led Milestone Communications’ growth since its formation in 2001 with the development of over 200 communication towers in the mid-Atlantic region. In 1996, Forkas formed Milestone Communities Inc., a Washington D.C.-based development company. Forkas has also held management positions at Bank of America, Weyerhaeuser Real Estate, and Oxford Development. He is a past trustee and board member of the Urban Land Institute – Washington, D.C., chapter.
