We provide business coaching and mentoring services through an established partnership with SCORE — a recognized resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration. Business mentors offer expertise ranging from tech consultancy and integration to business growth strategy and financial management.

Resident mentors from the Mason Enterprise Center (MAC) at George Mason University have provided over 40 years of dedicated service to entrepreneurs and small businesses. In partnership with the Virginia Small Business Development Center (SBDC), MAC offers business analysis and small group trainings while the Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) offers government procurement counseling services and aggregates bidding opportunities.
Empowering Entrepreneurs Through Mentorship
Fairfax NOVA boasts a vibrant ecosystem of dynamic incubators like the Community Business Partnership (CBP)’s Business Incubation Center. CBP helps small businesses in the region access available venture capital funding, collectively fostering the growth and development of startups to reach their next level of success. In 2020, CBP administered Fairfax County’s RISE program, providing over $52 million in small grants to more than 4,800 businesses. The nonprofit organization also provides several financing programs including microloans and a revolving loan designed to assist minority-owned businesses.
