Enabled Intelligence Expands Virginia Headquarters In Fairfax County, Grows Workforce To 150

AI defense tech company celebrates office opening with elected officials and partners as it grows its defense, intelligence and commercial work

Fairfax County, Virginia – Enabled Intelligence (EI) today celebrated the expansion of its Virginia headquarters in Falls Church, a significant investment in Fairfax County and Virginia’s workforce.

EI’s Virginia team has grown to 150 employees over the past year. The new headquarters expands EI’s footprint to 30,000 square feet, significantly increases secure facilities, and gives the company room to add additional talent for both government and commercial work.

“This team delivers the most accurate AI training data in the U.S.,” said Peter Kant, Founder and CEO of Enabled Intelligence. “Rigorous training through our bootcamp and apprenticeship programs is only part of it. What sets our team apart is our commitment to precision and to the mission. That’s why the Pentagon comes to us for its toughest challenges, and why companies that need to keep their data secure, from medical records to confidential legal documents, seek us out.”

Enabled Intelligence is the industry leader in creating AI training data for defense and national security applications across the Department of War and the Intelligence Community. Every EI annotator completes specialized geospatial training before starting work. That rigor delivers data accuracy of approximately 95%, well above the industry standard. It is also what led to EI’s selection for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) $708 million Sequoia contract in September 2025.

“Congratulations to Peter Kant and the Enabled Intelligence team on their expanded headquarters and growth,” said Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jeffrey C. McKay. “We’re proud to see a company doing such important national security work continue to invest in Fairfax County. This expansion creates room for more people to build careers in a growing industry, and we thank Enabled Intelligence for choosing to keep growing here.”

“I’m delighted to celebrate Enabled Intelligence’s expansion here in Mason District,” said Mason District Supervisor Andres F. Jimenez. “I especially appreciate the company’s investment in training and apprenticeships. When a local employer invests in the community they’re benefiting from, it establishes a positive relationship with nearby residents and builds the pipeline for existing talent to be utilized. I’m thrilled to see Enabled Intelligence succeed, all while creating space for additional people to share in that success. Congratulations to the entire team and we are glad you’re growing in Mason District.”

Enabled Intelligence specializes in full-cycle AI development, including data acquisition and conditioning, labeling and annotation, and engineering and deploying high-performance custom models for the military, government, and the health care, financial services, and energy industries.

“Enabled Intelligence demonstrates how innovation in artificial intelligence depends not only on technology, but also on the people and expertise behind it,” said George D. Thomas, president and CEO of the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority. “By combining specialized human expertise with advanced AI capabilities, the company is helping address some of the most demanding data challenges in national security. Just as importantly, its approach to building a workforce creates opportunities for highly capable people whose talents are often overlooked. We’re proud to support Enabled Intelligence’s continued growth and the important work its team is doing.”
