Utilizing the Indirect Rate Methodology for Managing Your GovCon Company Finances

This webinar will focus on the importance of internally tracking the most important Key Performance Indicator (KPI) when you are a government contractor:  YOUR INDIRECT RATES.  It also shows why they are so important and how you can use them to improve the financial performance of your company.  Often indirect rates tracking are only associated with the need to report to the government or for proposal purposes, however, the real use of the indirect rates is for internal management purposes.  This class will focus on the indirect rates as an effective management tool.  It also show the need for any government contractor to have an effective ERP tool to track and manage this KPI effectively.  The participants will be able to see and understand the concepts of pools and its relation with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), its calculations and how to manage and interpret the results of these KPI and use them as an effective bench mark as well to making financial decisions that could have lasting effect on your company finances.

The instructor, Mr. Gregory Llinas, is the founder of GL-Solutions, an 8(a), SWaM Certified business specializing in accounting, financial management, program and project planning and control. Mr. Llinas has more than 25 years of experience in Federal Government Contracting and has managed over half a dozen organizations at the executive level, including Business Development, Operations Management, and Executive Leadership.
