Our Program assists in creation of the next generation of entrepreneurs by educating, mentoring and inspiring them to plan and take intelligent risks in starting a business.

Hybrid Program Format: Virtual and In-Person Sessions

TiE DC University has developed into an inspiring program that brings together university entrepreneurs with successful business leaders across the Washington, D.C. area to perfect their pitch, develop their product or service and provide a holistic approach to their startup. The teams go through a qualifying round in February. The final teams then go on to compete for cash prizes at TiE DC Finals, a pitch competition held in March. The TiE DC winning team then goes on to the TiE University Global Pitch Fest Competition held in Silicon Valley in May to compete with other TiE University teams from around the globe. The event is held during TiECON Silicon Valley in Santa Clara, California.

TiE DC University Pitch Fest: TiE DC is pleased to announce the second annual pitch competition for college/university students and recent grads.
