SBIR Commercialization for Scientists & Engineers

Scientists and Engineers — we love them, they are singularly focused and love their laboratories and simulation tools. Furthermore, Scientists and Engineers are the traditional Principal Investigators on SBIR/STTR projects as the technical challenges being addressed in SBIR/STTR are often daunting. But in the end, solving the technical challenge does not bring revenue to the company or increase the GNP of the United States—goals of the SBIR/STTR program.
