The area has seen changes in the transportation landscape over the last few years. Construction projects such as the Silverline Phase 2, I-66 Improvements and Metro infrastructure upgrades are adding vital new and improved infrastructure. These unprecedented times are threatening the funding needed to keep these and other similar projects moving forward.
