Creative Approaches to Increasing the Housing Supply
Housing shortage is a topic of concern throughout many urban areas in the United States. Northern Virginia is no exception. With a limited supply, the region is facing an unprecedented demand for new housing. Inventory in Northern Virginia has been a challenge for some time, and has only been exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Join us on October 20 for an update on the state of the market and a conversation among real estate industry visionaries focused on housing. The panel will discuss creative solutions to increase housing across all typologies through the use of redevelopment, mixes of use, increased density, and public participation.
