BFC Preparing for Funding 5/18/21

Do you know what is required to apply for a loan? Did you apply for Federal, State or Local or bank financing programs and were denied but not sure why? Would you like to apply for a loan but have no clear idea as to what documentation is needed or why they are important to the financing process? Do you need to prepare a loan package and need guidance in preparing it?
If you would like to present a more-than-decent loan package to your prospective lender, then this workshop is for you!
You will learn what lenders look for in key financial documents including your personal financial statement, debt schedule, tax returns, balance sheet, cash flow, forecasts, and other key financial components of a solid loan package.
This training session will be an interactive workshop to help you understand the fundamentals of preparing for funding.

AttainX to Expand Cybersecurity Operations in Fairfax County

United Airlines Begins Construction on New $16M State-of-the-Art Inflight Training Center in Fairfax County

Fairfax County, Virginia (November 25, 2024) – United Airlines has invested $16 million to open a new 20,000-square-foot state-of-the-art Inflight Training Center in Fairfax County, Virginia near the airline’s hub at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).
