Thrive at Work through DiSC

Join us for an interactive and fun learning experience on how to advance your career and get to know your colleagues more!

We will explore DiSC®, a behavioral assessment designed to help you better understand your communication style and that of those around you (like if you are that person who likes to chat first when you enter someone’s office or prefer to get straight to the point, for example).  You’ll get to hear the analysis of our YP Co-Chairs, Kelly McNerney and Colin May DiSC assessments, along with GRCC President, Charles Kapur’s!

Our goal is to help you work more effectively with others especially cross-generationally and up the ladder. Through personal insights into your own strengths and challenges, you will learn to better relate to others.

Ask your peers, HR professional, management, and leadership team to join you.
