Building A Vision And Mission For 2021

This workshop is designed to discuss building a long-term Vision and Vision Statement along with developing a short-term Mission and Mission Statement as we set the cornerstones for 2021. We will discuss the importance of developing these statements along with identifying the key components, and uses of these statements. These statements will help a business identify what success will look like for both the short-term and long-term. The session will be lead by Mike Williams, owner and President of The Growth Coach of Northern VA. Mike works with business owners, executives and sales organizations to help them build a strong business roadmap to success.
