TekSynap Expands Reston Headquarters With Full-Floor Lease at Reston Town Center

Government technology contractor TekSynap is expanding its footprint with a new headquarters at Reston Town Center. The company signed a long-term lease for approximately 26,500 square feet at 11921 Freedom Drive, where it will occupy the building’s entire second floor. TekSynap will relocate from its current Reston headquarters at 1900 Oracle Way, with the new space serving as a core services hub for its growing workforce.
“Taking major space in the heart of the Reston Town Center is a meaningful milestone for our company, and we are excited to continue investing in our employees, our community, and the next chapter of TekSynap’s growth,” said TekSynap CEO Kam Jinnah.
Founded in 2008, TekSynap provides cloud integration, cybersecurity, software development and enterprise IT modernization services to federal civilian, defense and intelligence agencies. The company has approximately 1,800 employees and subcontracted personnel.
QTS Establishes New Headquarters at Reston Station

QTS is establishing a new headquarters in Reston, signing a 77,000-square-foot lease at 1800 Reston Row Plaza. The data center operator will occupy the building’s entire 11th, 12th and 13th floors, using the new headquarters for administrative functions that support the company’s continued growth. QTS operates multiple data centers across Northern Virginia as well as locations throughout the U.S. and Europe.

Located in the heart of Northern Virginia’s technology corridor with direct Metro access, Reston Station is also home to companies including Amentum, Google, Rolls-Royce, and ICF. Developed and managed largely by Comstock Companies, it hosts corporate headquarters, tech firms, government contractors, healthcare facilities, dining, and retail.
