Why Racial Equity is Good Business: And How Your Real Estate Firm Can Build It

Leaders in real estate shape our communities with every deal they make. During this time when society’s attentions are focused on the BLM movement and a pandemic, all companies should focus on how their core business can improve racial equity. The financial challenges we are facing make this the ideal time to double down on creative solutions to improve the bottom line by doing so.

On September 30, you’ll hear from representatives of two best in class organizations on how they “do well by doing good” when it comes to racial equity and community relations. Our speakers will discuss a range of topics from community involvement, to hiring, to what truly being local means in making a difference in the lives of the residents in the neighborhoods where we do business. These conversations are not easy, but these companies have brought all of their deal making skills to increasing equity for their investors AND their communities.
