Women in Cybersecurity leadership Discussion & Virtual Wine TAsting
Kick off 2021 with an event sure to launch a wave of positivity! Join our Women in Cybersecurity virtual discussion and wine tasting on Wednesday, January 28th and participate in an interactive conversation with this experienced panel of leaders:
• Mona Guirguis, Assistant Director, Information Systems, LA Dept. of Water & Power
• Tye Hayes, CIO (Interim), City of Atlanta
• Renee Wynn, Former CIO, NASA
Moderated by Ellen Sundra, SVP, Global Systems Engineering and Enablement at Forescout Technologies, the discussion topics will focus on a variety of leadership areas, including:
• Lessons gained after a cybersecurity breach
• Forming and scaling teams amidst societal changes
• Educational tracks for advancing and expanding women in cybersecurity
• Positional and personal power, and embracing your leadership potential
• Influencers and mentors – the trailblazers of today and tomorrow
After the discussion concludes, a wine steward from Ponzi Vineyards will share the history of this female owned Oregon winery and walk us through a sensory examination of their “Together” Women Supporting Women wine labels (ponzivineyards.com/Shop/Together).
GIVING BACK: Ponzi Vineyards will donate proceeds from the wine sales to various non-profit organizations dedicated to the advocacy of anti-discriminatory legislation and to the protection of all human rights, in particular to those of women of minority.
