This seminar will guide you through what an operating agreement is and its importance in an LLC’s operation and in its protection from future liability.  Participants will review and discuss some key provisions found in operating agreements to gain a better understanding of the language found in this type of agreement and why such language is important.

  • 5 key provisions that all operating agreements should have
  • 5 common mistakes made in operating agreements

AttainX to Expand Cybersecurity Operations in Fairfax County
