What is a common mistake that entrepreneurs make when starting their company? Not having their contracts and policies in place. Have you protected your business legally by having the right policies in place and do you understand the contracts that you need to run your business?

This class will give you an overview of:
~The basic contracts/policies every entrepreneur needs to know of and understand, such as Nondisclosure Agreements.

~Website Terms and Conditions, Website Privacy Policy, Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement, Sales or Service Agreements.
