Listening for Learning Webinar
Join the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce for this event discussing the importance of listening. With the reduction in face-to-face meetings, it is even more important to engage listening skills as you interact with current and prospective clients via phone, Zoom, Skype, etc. “Listening for Learning” introduces participants to the coaching skill of listening, which they can in their own com, in turn, use to boost their own communication efforts.
