Webinar: Applying for the Fairfax County Microloan Program

The Fairfax County Small Business Microloan Program will official start taking applications on 4/28/20. CBP will be the administrator of this loan.

You can be added to the email list to receive the application (CLICK HERE) when the program officially opens on 4/28/20. For eligibility requirements (CLICK HERE).

If you are a new client to CBP or you have never been to CBP before, let’s get you set-up as a client. If you have a Fairfax County based business, click on one of the following to get set-up:

 

 

 

Who can apply?

 

  • This program is only available for Fairfax County FOR PROFIT Businesses with less than 50 employees
  • Home based businesses and non-profits are not eligible

 

Loan Details:

 

  • Amount: Maximum $20,000 per entity
  • Term: 6 years
  • Payment Deferment Period: Borrowers will have 6 months of payment deferment from the date of loan closing
  • Amortization: 5.5 years (because of the payment deferment)
  • Interest rate: 0%

 

Required Documents:

 

  • Business & Personal Tax Returns for the previous two years
  • YTD Income Statement & Balance Sheet
  • CBP Loan Application (will be provided)
  • Personal Financial Statement (will be provided)
  • Current Business Debt Schedule (will be provided)
  • Current Fairfax County BPOL license & Non-Residential Use/Occupancy Permit
  • Current Commercial Business Lease (if applicable)
  • Business Summary Form (will be provided)
  • Other documents might be requested
