FCEDA’s CEO Hoskins and Commissioner Johnson Named on Washington Business Journal’s 2025 Power 100

The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA) is proud to share that President and CEO Victor Hoskins has been named to the Washington Business Journal’s 2025 Power 100, an annual list recognizing the region’s most influential leaders shaping the future of Greater Washington’s economy. Hoskins’ leadership continues to position Fairfax County as a global hub for technology, innovation, and investment. Under his leadership, FCEDA has attracted billions in new capital investment, accelerated job creation across key sectors such as AI, quantum, cybersecurity, and space commercialization, and strengthened the region’s reputation as one of the most competitive business ecosystems in the United States.

This recognition underscores not only Victor’s visionary leadership, but also the collective momentum of Fairfax County’s business community — the companies, entrepreneurs, educators, and public partners driving innovation, inclusion, and growth.

“This honor truly belongs to my incredible FCEDA Team, and the ecosystem of leaders and innovators across Northern Virginia who are building the future together,” said Victor Hoskins, President and CEO of FCEDA. “Our success is a shared one – built on collaboration, trust, and a vision to keep this region at the forefront of global innovation.”

The Power 100 celebrates individuals who are transforming the region’s economy and strengthening its national and global competitiveness. The FCEDA is delighted to also celebrate Commissioner Jermaine Johnson’s feature on the Power 100 List. Johnson is the Greater Washington and Virginia regional president of PNC Financial Services Group and is one of Greater Washington’s most visible business leaders, overseeing branch banking, commercial lending, corporate philanthropy and other local activities for one of the nation’s largest banks. He is a past chairman of the Greater Washington Board of Trade.
