Enterprise e-Support, Inc.: Turning Complexity Into Clarity for Modern IT Missions

Across the public and private sectors, organizations are navigating a rapidly evolving technology landscape defined by growing data volumes, aging systems, and increasing security demands. Enterprise e-Support, Inc. (EeS), a Fairfax NOVA-based technology company, focuses on helping organizations meet these challenges through secure, AI-enabled solutions that simplify and modernize complex IT environments.

EeS develops cloud-based platforms that integrate enterprise architecture, streamline data management, reduce technical debt, and enhance cybersecurity. Its Nishkarsh® product suite, built and patented in the United States, supports continuous delivery, secure deployment, and data-driven decision making for organizations with mission critical operations.

As President and CEO Shikha Dixit explains, “Everything we build starts with people. Our human-centered, governance-first approach ensures that innovation does not just modernize systems. It strengthens communities, supports careers, and helps agencies serve the people who rely on them.”

Why Fairfax NOVA? Proximity, Talent, and Community Commitment

Fairfax NOVA’s deep concentration of technology, cyber, and federal mission expertise made it a natural home for EeS.

Dixit notes that the region places the company “at the intersection of mission, innovation, and talent,” a combination that helps them stay close to customer needs and accelerate support for high impact work.

Beyond location, the company highlights the culture of innovation as a key advantage.

“This community shaped us,” Dixit shared. “We recruit, train, and mentor local students because creating opportunities for young people is part of our purpose.”

This commitment to talent development, from internships to hands on STEM learning, has become a defining part of the company’s identity.

Serving Mission-driven Customers

EeS works with a wide range of federal agencies and national institutions that manage large, complex IT portfolios. Their teams help streamline operations, modernize systems, strengthen cybersecurity, and translate fragmented data into actionable insights.

Across these environments, one theme remains consistent. Modern missions require both visibility and control. EeS supports these needs with secure governance, integrated platforms, and advisory teams that work side by side with customers. “Complexity is the constant,” Dixit noted. “Our goal is to make it manageable so organizations can focus on their mission.”

EeS distinguishes itself through a governance-led approach to modernization that integrates enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data management, and AI ethics. The company aligns technology with mission requirements and human-centered processes rather than focusing solely on tools.

Its patented design, collaboration with national standards organizations, and commitment to developing local talent reflect a philosophy rooted in long-term impact.

As Dixit shared, “We do not just modernize systems. We rationalize, optimize, and integrate them with a structured process that saves time, effort, and cost.”

A Passion for Innovation and Community

For Dixit, building EeS in Fairfax NOVA has been both a professional and a personal journey. After arriving in the United States more than two decades ago, she notes, “I have always believed in the power of technology to build a better future.”

That belief now extends to her work with local students and interns; many of whom have gone on to careers in technology and public service.

“Watching young people gain confidence, grow into their careers, and come back to mentor others has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey,” she said.

Looking Ahead: Growth and Continued Impact

Over the next several years, EeS aims to expand its workforce, deepen its work in AI-enabled modernization, and strengthen partnerships across government and industry. The company’s goal is to help agencies and enterprises operate more efficiently, reduce technical debt, and advance secure digital transformation.

Their future vision is anchored in a mission-driven culture.

As Dixit described it, “Modernization does not have to be daunting. With the right intelligence, teamwork, and vision, even the most complex systems can become simple, secure, and smart.”
