The Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Social Security Administration (SSA), NASA and numerous others work with Peraton to solve their most daunting challenges. Peraton uses its range of expertise to challenge traditional approaches to digital forensics, threat assessments, network security and overall protection of the warfighting domains.
Fairfax County is home to some of the biggest names in the defense and aerospace industry. Federal contracting in the region’s 2020 fiscal year amounted to $29.4 billion. Peraton contributes heavily to the county’s successes. In early 2021, it acquired Northrop Grumman’s integrated missions support and IT solutions business for $3.4 billion. And Peraton will soon complete its acquisition of Fairfax County-based Perspecta for $7.1 billion.
