Vienna Office Building This residential community located near Tysons Corner offers businesses and residents a small-town atmosphere and its own central business district along Maple Avenue (Route 123). The Capital Beltway (I-495) and Interstate 66 are nearby and other major arterials include Beulah Road, Cedar Lane, Lawyers Road, Lee Highway (U.S. Route 29) and Nutley Street (Route 243). Vienna is also the western terminus of the Metrorail Orange Line.

The Vienna Technology Park, home to the headquarters of Navy Federal Credit Union, is the primary office park in Vienna.
